Dominic has worked with oil and gas firms since 1983 and has supported Learning and Development initiatives with law firms, the NHS and faith groups. He has worked in the UK, Eastern Europe and Australia on leadership and personal development, and is equally at home working with individuals or addressing gatherings of over 3,000.Dominic is currently delivering a senior executive emotional intelligence development programme for a blue chip organisation and is on the coaching panel for Senior partners in the law firm CMS. He has 27 years’ experience in coaching and mentoring and in counselling as well as pastoral care. Dominic is a triple graduate of Aberdeen University and has most recently graduated from the Advanced Personal Leadership Programme Henley Business School.
Anthony has spent over 20 years working with and supporting organisations such as Shell, Cinven, Wells Fargo, Oracle, 3i, EQT, UBS, BGL Group, Deloitte, Standard Life, Kempen & Co, Bunzl and HSS.During this time, Anthony has provided individual mentoring for senior executives as well as group based learning for commercial teams and business units. Anthony continues to provide this support and has also developed a series of integrated training and coaching programmes which give an in depth understanding of the strategies, tools and techniques for a range of business scenarios.
Carole has over 25 years’ experience in management consultancy, project management, facilitation, marketing and business growth. Organisations she has worked with include Royal Bank of Scotland, BP, Grant Thornton, Police Scotland and Lloyds Register. Her experience also includes various roles within blue chip companies, project manager of a software incubation centre, Interim director and advisor to a number of UK SME’s and social enterprises; facilitation and executive coaching in Leadership and business change.Carole’s credentials include an MBA from Napier University, specialising in strategy and international business and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management. Carole is also a licensed practitioner in Insights.
Garry is a former Royal Regiment Leadership instructor at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and a former Regimental Sergeant Major with the Royal Scots. Garry was ranked in the Top 10 in the British Army training world is a fully qualified Master Coach. He has extensive experience in the training and mentoring of other coaches whilst performing his role as a Director of the Army School of Leadership Studies. Garry is also experienced in the deployment of military personnel to world crisis zones with strict timelines, including Congo, Sierra Leone and Afghanistan. He has managed large groups of 500 plus personnel to ensure all operation objectives were achieved. Garry has a unique coaching and training talent and leads SSL in our operational coaching approach.
