Delivering Human Factors With Marine Crews

Salos is currently delivering a long-term coaching project to support vessels that service a client’s deepwater campaign & their intervention program.
 
The Salos coaches are delivering Human factors training (HF) modules & rolling out HF tools & techniques with the crews. In essence, the aspiration of the client is to have the vessels servicing the drillship & intervention units, deliver safe & efficient operations in line with their drilling contractor & 3rd party service providers.

One year into the contract the team have achieved safe and efficient operations with no recordable incidents, no damage to asset and no environmental incidents.
 
This is the first time this client has ever used dedicated Marine Safety Coaches with the goal of delivering loss free, efficient operations – and the team are working hard to continually meet this goal.
