Recruitment and selection

Salos have recently completed our third round of recruitment, selection and induction days this year.From a large pool of potential personnel we utilised some of our performance tools to select the highest calibre of  candidates to take forward to our induction process.

Personnel that we recruited included specialists in HPHT operations, Performance Coaching, Managed Pressure Drilling and Under Balanced Drilling.
